If you’ve made a mistake when transmitting your address to us, you need to pay an extra in order to get your package sent back. If you must know, the carrier charges us to get your package back and to send it again. We understand your frustration but that’s how it works. All this has been explained to you officially when you accepted our “terms and conditions” when you placed your order (otherwise you couldn’t have placed your order)
If you do not wish to pay this, you will get a refund minus the expenses incurred (so 35$ plus tax). Thank you for your understanding and if you have any questions, contact us!
